Greetings
Welcome to Buzzed and Bearded! My name is Adam and I’m the creator of this site.
I live in Ontario, Canada with my girlfriend and our 3 hairless cats Colin, Montana and Aspen.
Living in Canada means having a beard is a must during the winter months (it gets pretty cold here!) especially since I have a lack of hair on my head. But, I will keep it through the summer just because I dig the beard 😎.
There’s one thing I have in common with my cats, and it’s being bald.
It wasn’t always that way. My hair during my entire youth was a crazy curly mop (you can imagine it now can’t you?) that I was proud to have. By the time I was about 21, I had gone from having the greatest head of hair you could ask for to a dead, balding mess. So, I shaved it, eventually grew a beard and never looked back.
Why am I telling you this story?
Since then, grooming has been a daily thing for me. I trim, fade and care for my own beard and I buzz my own head among other things. It took a little bit to get used to it without the fear of messing up, but now I’ve got it down.
I decided to take my experience with male baldness and my gained knowledge in grooming and create a site that can help others with similar issues. Thus, the creation of Buzzed and Bearded.
This is a place that will hopefully help you find the help you’re seeking when it comes to looking your best!
